The Kalita glass server is ideal for pour-overs. In fact, we use them in our stores! The server is made to brew with the Kalita Wave, but it is also great to use for almost any brew method.
Why would you use one of these when you have a cup? Good question. I like them because they help with sharing (= caring) and to cool down your coffee quicker (by swirling). Also, if you're like us, you might have chosen a mug that is a little too small for the amount of coffee you are brewing. Now there's coffee all over the counter, you have less coffee than you wanted, and you're late for work. Calgon, take me away. Amirite?
