She has worked with our partners, La Palma y El Tucán, for over three years and consistently produces amazing coffees. This particular micro-lot is a lactic processed coffee that was dried on parabolic raised beds with their unique biochar cultivation. Look for intense, complex sweetness resembling dates or plums.
