Cultivated in the high altitudes of San Antonio, Colombia, at 2,100 meters above sea level, the coffee thrives under challenging yet rewarding conditions. After meticulous selection at peak ripeness, the coffee underwent a three-day carbonic maceration in anaerobic tanks, yielding a cup with classic elegance, unique complexity, and vibrant character.
